[ด่วน] Business Development

ลักษณะงาน

• Analyze market conditions including trends and competitors, conduct new products feasibility research to plan business development strategies together with executives.
• Identify potential partnership and onboard partners (suppliers) and acquire them to Ticket2Attraction’s platform.
• Maintain good relationships with the suppliers and collaborate with them to maximize mutual benefits.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to optimize product quality in terms of content and validity. Also, maximize the Ticket2Attraction's competitiveness in terms of pricing, inventory, and operational effectiveness.

คุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์

1. Minimum of three years’ experience in the travel industry, preferably in tour operation, sales or business development
2. Familiar with travel products, attractions, activities, and tours is highly desirable.
3. Experience in the E-commerce industry is a plus.
4. Having a business mindset, can do attitude and a good team player.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related fields.
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English.

[ด่วน] Content Management Officer

ลักษณะงาน

• Create content to highlight travel products and services to publish on the Ticket2attraction’s platform
• Create contents for various online platforms and communications including blog contents, social media content, and press releases, to drive awareness, website traffic and engagement
• Maintain the company’s web content and ensure that the website is updated regularly with relevant and exciting material.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop content strategy and create inspiring and factual content.
• Collaborate with the team to create both written and visual content for the company’s brand and presence.
• Write, edit and optimize content through a working knowledge of SEO

คุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์

1. Exceptional creative writing, translating and editing skills in English and Thai
2. Fluency in English/Thai writing is a MUST.
3. At least 2-5 years' experience of creating content within the lifestyle, culture, travel is preferred
4. Meticulous attention to detail, creative
5. Bachelor degree or higher
6. Knowledge of SEO is a plus or at least very keen in learning

[ด่วน]  Customer Experience (Customer Service Agent)

ลักษณะงาน

• Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers through phone, online chat and/or e-mails
• Deliver excellent customer service, manage the needs and complaints of our customers, also resolve the issues.
• Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
• Inputs, updates and maintains correct information of customer interaction, transactions, comments and complaints in the company's system
• Liaise with external parties (suppliers) and service operators to fulfill booking amendments.
• Escalate the issues to the team lead and being one part of the team to solve the issues.
• Share customer feedback with relevant departments for further improvements

• Proficient in English and Thai (both verbal and written).
• Experience in customer service or tour operation is preferred
• Able to work in shifts rotation (including weekends, public holidays, overnight)
• Possess a problem-solving mindset to proactively find solutions for customer needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with our customers
