By booking a ticket you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party.

1. THE BOOKING

Your booking is confirmed, and a contract exists when the travel agent issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable deposit amount. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to the Tour Operator or authorized agent immediately. Please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant passport.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. You agree to provide full, complete and accurate information to the Tour Operator.

 

2. BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS

By booking on behalf of other participants, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included on that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your booking, notifying the travel agent if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.

By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and the Tour Operator will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.

 

3. TICKET PRICES AND TICKETS

      3.1 Use of Tickets

  • You may purchase tickets from Ticket2Attraction. If the ticket is marked as "instant confirmation," you will receive an E-Ticket immediately via e-mail. Otherwise, you will receive your E-ticket within 24 hours at the latest. You can also check your reservation status through the "My Tickets" section in your profile on our website.
  • To use the ticket, the named person must present it at the attraction on the designated date and time. If you or any other members fail to arrive on time, no refunds will be granted.

      3.2 Terms of Tickets

  • The Tickets are valid for one-time admission to the attraction. If you do not use your ticket on the stated date and time, no refunds will be granted.
  • Some ticket prices differ between Thai residents and foreign tourists. The applicable pricing will be specified in the package details. Ticket2Attraction is not responsible for any mistakes caused by customers purchasing the wrong type of ticket.
  • You may change the date or time of your booking once, free of charge, by contacting us at cs@ticket2attraction.com or Whatsapp: +66955048282 during office hours (Daily 07:30–20:00 GMT+7) at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive a new email confirmation and E-Ticket within the next 24 hours.
  • All Tickets are subject to availability and restrictions.

      3.3 What is the cancellation policy??

The cancellation and refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions specified for each activity. Please note that refunds will not be issued for non-refundable tickets under any circumstances.

For bookings made on or after March 21, 2025:

  • You'll get a full refund if the activity or the attraction is closed or canceled by the provider or the state official. Or the problem is caused by the company.
  • A 10% cancellation fee applies if you cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled time.
  • A 30% cancellation fee applies if you cancel more than 168 hours (7 days) before the scheduled time.
  • A 40% cancellation fee applies if you cancel between 24 and 168 hours (1 to 7 days) before the scheduled time.
  • No refund will be provided (a 100% cancellation fee applies) if you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

For bookings made before March 20, 2025:

  • You'll get a full refund if the activity or the attraction is closed or canceled by the provider or the state official. Or the problem is caused by the company.
  • A 10% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel 7 days or more prior to the scheduled time*.
  • A 30% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel between 3 to 7 days prior to the scheduled time*.
  • A 50% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel between 1 to 3 days prior to the scheduled time

Important Notes:

  • "Scheduled time" refers to the local date and start time (GMT+7 Thailand) as stated in your E-ticket.
  • You can't get a refund for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused portions of the service
  • Additional Offers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Rescheduling The Activity Date Policy:

  • The ticket can be postponed ONE time without charge and customers must inform Ticket2Attraction at least 24 hours prior to the service date mentioned in the ticket.
  • Please be aware that once the ticket is rescheduled, it will become non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling a ticket more than once will incur a fee of 200 Baht per change.

Refund Process:

The refund amount, after applicable deductions, will be credited to your bank or credit card. Processing typically takes 7–15 business days, but in some cases, it may take 30–45 days, depending on the issuing bank. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact our customer support.

      3.4 Additional Charges

  • The price we charge for every ticket is in Thai Baht (THB) and VAT inclusive. No hidden additional price except the exchange rate or transaction fee that depends on the customer's bank.

      3.5 Rights and Obligations

  • Ticket2Attraction reserves the right to change its ticket price list on the website any time without any notice.
  • Ticket2Attraction reserves the right to deny and cancel the reservation of any attractions or shows that are deemed in violation of this policy.
  • We are not responsible for any booking mistake caused by customer themselves. 
  • We cannot guarantee that all ticket prices are the best price available on the market.

      3.6 E-Ticket Status

  • The 'Ticket in progress' status indicates that the ticket confirmation is currently being processed. You will receive your E-ticket within 24 hours or before the scheduled service date and time.
  • The 'Ticket is ready' status indicates that the ticket is confirmed. you can download it and be ready to go
  • The 'Used' status indicates that the ticket has already been used, or the ticket is unused but the service date has already passed. The ticket is invalid.
  • The 'Cancelled status indicates that the booking has been canceled. The ticket is invalid.

Ticket2attraction.com allows you to make online payments and local bank transfers. We do not charge any fee on the payments made by customers.

We do accept the following payment methods

  1. Credit card: We accept only Visa, JCB, AMEX, UNION PAY and Master Card (Require One Time Password; OTP)
  2. Money Transfer: Eligible for the one who has a Thai bank account.
  3. PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, a bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance. You can also make a payment with your credit or debit card without having a Paypal account. 
  4. Promptpay (QR code): Promptpay is a Thailand based payment method that allows you to make a payment using their preferred Thai bank application. When checking our with Promptpay, QR code is generated. You can complete the payment by scanning the code with a Thai bank application. You will get a receipt and tickets automatically. 
  5. Other online channel e.g. Alipay, Wechat pay.

Domestic Bank Transfer

We accept domestic bank transfer from Thai banks only. Please transfer the total amount of money to this account.

Once the bank transfer is successfully made, please follow other steps below. 

  1. Please click "Submit Order" below to make a reservation
  2. Click "Profile" to inform the payment
  3. At your order, please click at "Confirm Payment" button
  4. Provide your information about your transferring activity including payment slip.
