We bought tickets for the full course online, but decided to make a last minute change to our timeslot due to change in our travel itinerary. We got our hotel reception to help make a call to request for the change and the staff was very flexible to accommodate to our request. We are very appreciative for the flexibility. Trainer was also patient with the participants throughout the course, making sure that they are safe all the time. Overall, we are glad to have visited the Tree Top Adventure. It is very value for money, as compared to the prices we have to pay in Singapore.
