Good gym
Reasonable gym, good views as on third floor. Pool on 5th floor roof.
Free day pass to try it out. Also free three day trial of a resident.

Body swerve
Awful place, no attendants in the morning unless your monthly fees are due, under staffed 5 for 500 members).
Equipment good, plenty room, hygiene questionable but probably due to staff budgets.
I’d give it a miss but you can try for free as with other gyms. It may be better now as true have withdrawn, but it may be worse, not sure

Not disabled friendly
Zero disabled facilities, not even a drop curb from the car park for wheelchairs. This venue hosts international tennis competitions and wheelchair tennis is an international sport, it should be removed from the circuit until its facilities match those of an international venue and stop excluding people.

Nice Sports center
The sports center is clean and complete. Lovely to go every day and look after yourself. I highly recommend this sports center.

Lovely gym, good complex
Being on a four-week vacation and a dedicated gym junky, I looked for a gym and landed at True. Yep, it's expensive but totally worth it. The gym is well equipped with the latest material, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful and everything is taken care of. A couple of added bonuses: a steamroom in the locker area and the WTA Thailand Open, to which members have unrestricted access. I hope to be back in Hua Hin next year and will surely return to True.
