Excellent hospitality and attentive service
My sister and I throughly enjoyed the service from Manager Thong and service crew Nan, Mook and the rest of the boat crew and captain. We will be back for sure! Sending lots of love from Singapore!

Wouldn’t go Again.
Lovely river cruise, however, left a really bad taste when we were chased off the boat and accused of not paying when we had pre paid months before. Just be really careful if you’ve pre paid, they really don’t care and don’t bother checking. Spoilt the evening totally.

If you like a peaceful cruise with good quality food its a great choice.
This is not cheap but offers a great trip up and down the river with a buffet of really good and varied food. The boat leaves around 6-50 and before then people were queuing for the food and then taking as much as they could get on their plate. Chill out! The food is constantly refilled and there was as much choice at the end of the end of the trip. There is no commentary so it's a case of using your eyes and Google Maps to see where you are. Not difficult!
Many boats are doing the same trip that features entertainment, music, or local dance. The Shangri La boat doesn't offer this and lets you enjoy the sights on the river. There is a bar, you get one glass of fizz at the start then you pay.
