Horrible experience at Ramayana water park, we have booked online for family since their website shows rain insured but upon raining no refund or reschedule to next day, they came up with lame excuses even with their own policy, Very unethical and unprofessional behavior, worst experience ever with my family, we will certainly don’t come here again ! Not recommended for families, Worst Park in Thailand 🇹🇭

Horrible Experience, Just a trap to attract customers for online booking !!

the slides were not very enjoyable and all the photos or videos won’t download to my phone for some reason i doesn’t let me go to the link when i click download it kicks me off 😡

This was an enjoyable day for all, me as a teen really enjoyed going into to the beach with my siblings, my parents on the other hand really enjoyed the waterslides. I feel like there is limited food options as there are little to no vegan/vegetarian options for my mother. I also scraped my knee and elbow while going into the kids pool and wave pool. My personal favorite ride was the Aquaconda, I also loved the Lazy River because it was just like the wave pool but my elbows and knees weren't scraped.

The place was great,  very clean had a bit of a problem with e-ticket, through trip advisor, it took two hours and still was not resolved, no fault of ramayana.
But it did spoil it for a while.
Fair dues to ramayana, they did refund one of the entries because my partner was pregnant and was not taking part in any activities,  I would return again.
