Longtail Boat Tour to 7 Islands in Krabi and BBQ Dinner

I'm not sure why this tour agent received such good reviews on google. I booked a Phi Phi Islands tour with them, and it was terrible. They crammed 43 passengers onto a speedboat, making it overcrowded. Despite promising 7 stops, they skipped many. For instance, at Pi Leh Lagoon, we were too far away to even see, with the excuse that 'Our boat is too big. We can’t go close.' They rushed through Monkey Bay, no monkeys and quickly leaving. We didn’t even take a walk. These are far away from what they promised in their tour description. Additionally, although the pickup was at 8 am, I didn't board the boat until 9:46 am, as more passengers kept arriving. I expected crowds at the attractions but didn't anticipate the tour itself being so crowded, rushed, and uncomfortable. The only positives were the sales agent and the pickup service.
