KNEE LIGAMENT TORN DURING ZIPLINING
AVOID if you value your health and life.
I had booked a zipline tour with this company.
Due to horrible safety practices, I twisted my knee at the end the zipline. I was told that the person at the end of the zipline would ask me to press down the wooden stick to start braking. However, he yelled too late as a result of which I collided into one of your staff - he fell down, my shoe came out and I ended up twisting my right knee. In my previous experience with other companies, it is the responsibility of the staff to stop the zipline. Also, I noticed that people kept colliding into your staff to stop, if he misses it is a terrible collision straight into the tree.
I reported this accident to the manager, however there was no followup. I contacted Jungle zipline with hospital bills but they denied this accident, as their manager did not maintain a log. Six months later I am still suffering and had to stop any acitivity that can cause me twist my knee leading to very bad health consequences.
