Good but extra money charged inside for every activity makes you feel cheated and looted too...
It was good overall.... I my family and kids loved it.... but it's too much monetized.... like you pay 30 USD just for entrance ticket and you not allowed to get water too.... the prices inside the venue is 5X the outside price and you are not allowed to get anything inside from water to food....
Also after paying the entry you need to pay extra to see the Giraffes..... You need to pay extra to go safari boat ride.... you need to pay extra to go for safari bus ride in jungle.... too high priced just for photo with the animals...
They are literally wanting to squeeze your pocket from every possible way.... because you come all the way 40 kilometers and obviously you can't go back....

A Disturbing Experience: Animals abuse and Tourist rip-off
We left the Zoo early feeling both sad and angry.
The animals appeared overcrowded and uncomfortable, showing signs of distress, malnourishment, and hopelessness. Their bodies looked frail, with visible bones.
The living conditions were poorly maintained, with mold present and animals appearing weak and underfed, what can only be described as torture.
They charge 700 baht for a 7 seconds photo opportunity with tiger cubs, who were kept in cages and intentionally starved to ensure they would drink milk during the photoshoot. It was heartbreaking to witness. The staff showed little compassion, roughly handling the cubs by their tails and returning them to their cages after the session. These animals were treated more like slaves than living beings with feelings. I felt a deep sadness and shame. I wanted to ask the staff, "If this were your daughter, how would you feel?" To the staff who abused the animals, please remember that karma will come.
Moreover, the zoo is a complete rip-off. The basic entrance fee barely covers anything, and visitors are requested to pay extra for each activity. The value for money is nonexistent, as it’s clear that the funds are not being used to care for the animals or improve their living conditions.
Please do not support and come to this zoo; it is not a suitable place for children either.

Safari World Bangkok
Money factory. We bought 3 exclusive tickets through Agoda. After entering the park, we found out that everything was paid for and the children's photo shoot was very overpriced at 400-700 baht per person. After paying for a photo with a dolphin, the employees are not ashamed to ask for more money. Shame! They didn't let us see the safari because we refused to pay for an already purchased service. We didn't see the orangutan show because we got stuck in traffic on the way from Bangkok and it was only in the morning and then they didn't repeat it. To sum up, a very expensive trip and a huge disappointment. We also visited Dream World and I can only recommend it. Everything went as it should.
