Neglect
The resort seems to have been left to deteriorate. The grounds were littered with garbage, the pool was dirty and the rooms had spider webs and dust. There were very few staff and they seemed not to be very interested in being there.
While the location was good, the rooms, grounds, restaurant and front desk all seemed neglected.

Great Place
I stayed here twice with my family recently, in December and January. Everyone was so friendly, especially Pepsi, I was sad to say goodbye.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, the garden was very pretty and well kept, great for walking in.
The resort was in a totally unspoilt part of Thailand with a wonderful beach, I will be back.
